Kresge and Associates LLC is a new generation of property management service.  Our team of Happy Bookers manage individual, large homes specializing in family reunions, group vacations, corporate retreats, and weddings.   

Since 1998, we have been managing our own large luxury homes and have expanded our management to other beautiful area homes.  We manage all homes as though they are our own ~ and treat each group as though it is our family.  Our goal is to maximize revenue for our owners by focusing on the individual needs and desires of our guests and guiding them to the perfect property to suit their vacation, wedding, or retreat plan.
